Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, United States, Australia and the U.K.  All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.  Employees and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of Goldendoodles.com are not eligible to enter. Contestant must be owner of the pet doodle in the photograph submitted.  Pets over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to qualify.  Breeders are excluded. Previous winners are ineligible to win contest for 12 months, though they can enter for fun. Participation in the Contest constitutes Contestants' full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Contest Administrator's decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest. Contest Administrator reserves the right to reject any entries deemed inappropriate, without explanation or notification

Photograph must be included with the Entry Form (see How To Enter).  Only JPG or GIF format images will be accepted.  The image must be 3 M Bytes or less, but large enough to showcase - at least 500 pixels across. Contestant must be the photographer AND copyright holder for the photo submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to Goldendoodles.com for the purpose of the contest.  You may not submit photos taken by a professional photographer (unless taken for charity). The photograph must be of your Pet Doodle(s).  If the photograph depicts a person other then the Contestant, Contestant represents that he/she has or can obtain all necessary permission, including but not limited to any likeness release and/or written permission to include person in photo in Contest. By entering, you agree to allow Goldendoodles.com to display your submitted photos on the web site (Goldendoodles.com) for the purpose of:  a) displaying the submissions to and/or results of this contest, b) promoting this or future photo contests.  Contestant has the option to allow Goldendoodles.com to include winning entries in our Dood Desktops as a free desktop wallpaper or to enhance the website.

Voting will commence on the 1st of January - Winter Contest 1st of April - Spring Contest 1st of July - Summer Contest 1st of October - Fall Contest and will conclude at the end of each 3 month period or when a sum total of 5000 votes have been cast. One Vote per computer per contest. The winning Entry will be announced on the Goldendoodles.com website.

The Seasonal Prize is $50 CAD (cheque, credit card, or money transfer via PayPal), to the Eligible Charity* selected by the Contestant, where permitted by law. * Eligible Charities : Any not-for-profit Animal Shelter, Humane Society or Rescue Organization located within Canada, the United States, Australia, or the United Kingdom. If Contest Administrators cannot confirm not- for-profit status of the Charity, Contestant/winner will be given 5 days to select another suitable charity, and failure to do so will result in Contest Administrators selecting a suitable alternative. Charities that have been awarded the Prize in the past are not eligible.  A list of Charities that have been awarded the Prize is available at :         Prize Recipients If an entry is received designating a previous winning Charity, or designates something other than a qualifying shelter, the Contest Administrators will label the contest entry's selection as "t.b.d.", and should the entry win, the Contestant will be given 5 days to select another suitable charity, and failure to do so will result in Contest Administrators selecting a suitable alternate.

The Administrators of the Contest and Goldendoodles.com are not responsible for lost or misdirected emails, entries, or votes.  Nor for any technical problems that might affect the outcome of the contest.  Further, we reserve the right to cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
