Lily's Page

We just got Lily from Amy Lane on December 23rd, 2002 though she was bred at GlenEden. Her father is Teddy and her mother is Joy. She was the largest puppy in her litter and the lightest. We just adore her!!

Lily now lives in New York City with her parents, Sally and Clem, her sister, Emma, and brother, Clem.

She's gorgeous, adorable, funny, sweet, affectionate, and cuddly!!!!! Plus she loves to play (unfortunately sometimes at 5:00 AM!!!)

She is eight weeks and 10 pounds. Lily LOVES plush squeaky toys and will adopt one and just carry it around, playing with it for HOURS on end!!! Here are some more pictures.....

snuggling in the crate.....

(it's still not her favorite place though!)

just...trying...to...get...this...LEAF off the ground!!

still trying (she loves to eat leaves, maybe she's turning vegetarian?)

I took the cutest pictures of Lily over the weekend...

Looking adorable and dignified

Um...looking adorable
& not so dignified

--under the sofa is her favorite place!

Looking gorgeous in the snow....
Ready for her close up!!

Lily was allowed to go on walks in the country for the first time this weekend. She was very excited, but kind of overwhelmed by everything. She is now 12 weeks and weighs 18 pounds (a 2 1/2 pound weight gain from last week!).  They grow so fast!!

Lily is now 5 months and 35 pounds. She's really learned a lot since 12 weeks--sit, down, stay, leave, drop, and...well I was going to say "heel" but she hasn't quite mastered that yet...She is so much bigger though and it's been a joy watching her grow. We can already tell that she won't be huge--at 35 pounds now she should grow to around 60.

Update - December 2003
Lily is now a year old and is still a huge ball of energy. She is about to start an agility course, and we can't wait to see how she likes it!

Lily is now full grown at 2 years and (almost) 2 months - we are about to celebrate our 2 year anniversary with her - at a fluctuating 60 pounds. She is as boisterous as ever and loves to give hugs - which we love, but are not quite as welcomed by strangers entering our house. She's a fabulous dog, definitely one of the best I've ever had, and I would recommend a goldendoodle to everyone.
